30's and 40's is badass when you're in your 50's, imho.

I agree. I wouldn't go for a pre-made family

It is a very unattractive trait in anyone but especially women. If you are an extremely accomplished and attractive like Goldennugget then you might get a pass...
What do you feel you have done to warrant being uppity?
A short list is fine.

No need to settle for one who had poor judgement like that
I get mean mugged every time someone in my circle asks me about that. It's true though.

The first girl I met online in California left 5 minutes into the date because she hated my southern accent so much. Some chicks are just looney.

lol at you and your girlfriend. Wake me up when you're married and she's got a "hormonal imbalance" and you're not cool with it. The drill sarge approach will probably be the way to go.
FYI, no college age girl plans on letting herself go. Where are all those hot bodies in 10 years?

didn't y'all go to the same HS christie?

I agree w you on this. I saw your list for dating pre-req.s for women...Don't agree w/ the social drinking one, but pretty much everything else made sense.

Californians suck. They ruined my home town

Don't get me wrong - having money is always a positive thing. But there are plenty dudes with money who don't get a second glance because they're unattractive or goofy/insecure. Sure, the ideal man is attractive and rich, but that's a unicorn and most women care more about the former.
Really, though.. I feel like it's a sliding scale. The more confident you are and the more you have your shite together, the little lower on the attractiveness scale you can be. You don't have to be a 10, but you have to make up for it in other ways. Confidence is a big one. Dressing well, not being a fricking weirdo conversationally, etc.
I'm completely talking out of my arse. This is just what I tend to think.

Yep. For every case where the whole dad/mom/step-dad arrangement works out well, there's probably 10 that are an absolute mess.
And like goldennuggett said, there's no reason to voluntarily get into something like that.

They are brainwashed into thinking they will have an 18 year old body for life

Unless you have "frick you money" - I don't think it matters that much.
What lifestyle can I provide at 100k per year that another guy can't provide at 60k? For example. Negligible difference, imo

If you don't have money, she will frick you for the sex, and some other guy for his money. That's science.
Exactly
Never let a woman you are trying to date/frick know you have money
Better off being alone than being in a relationship with a woman using you for money and resources
Also if a woman knows you have money she will all of a sudden go "Oh i better hide my slutty side and let him know I am totally not like that so I don't mess things up with this guy even though I will blow an unemployed Chad in a bar bathroom because he gave me the tingles" and go into prude mode withholding sex
If you aren't getting a woman's best you need to exit the relationship

Most of my employees are a mess but the positive is that when I am seeing someone they know I can play around there if I so chose to.

a piece of paper and a ring are going to magically make this hormonal imbalance happen?

Yea I dont believe anyone purposely lets themselves go but it takes a lot of effort to get fat. It also doesnt happen overnight.

I've been on a bumble binge for the last few months. It's been rough
Basically every girl under 25 is "applying to ot/pt/pa school next year" and every girl over 25 is a nurse and acts like its a 24/7/365 job

To clarify
It's one thing if a woman goes out every now and then
But I am talking about the ones who get tanked every weekend and have to be the life of the party
Party girls

Not sure who Christie is? I went to a private school in BR. Not naming which one. We save that as the in-person opener, right?
Prob have answered that a hundred times in BR. annoying.
