Where is the plumbing for the urinal. Guess the drain could be hid in the back but how do you flush it?

Urinals in the kitchen but a countertop microwave.. Pretty serious priorities.

The area around Stand-up urinals is a mofo to keep clean.
I was going to put one in my pool house bathroom. An architect friend told me of several of his clients who had them installed at their places and then quickly uninstalled them after experiencing the sanitary problems.
Gave me names of the folks and after speaking with them was glad I didn’t install the urinals.

Now that I’m older, a urinal next to the bed would be welcomed. Maybe even something similar to a spit sink at bed level.
