A dufferent kind of phone question.

I'm due to fly into Istanbul Turkey later this week. From there I'll traverse into Northern Iraq. Here is the question. My brother told me to erase all conversations and pictures off my phone because they will take a look at it. He says that several others were banned from travel for a period of 5 years due to what's on their phones. I asked like what are they looking for and he said he doesn't know.
So...do i need to erase my Stormy Daniels collection or what? Do any of you know what they are looking for?

I traveled thru Kuwait, Dubai, UAE, Turkey and Afghanistan multiple times in the last year on both personal and official passports. Not once did anyone ask to look at my phone, I am sure it is possible they will but I am not sure where in the process this would even have happened.

I used to work in Erbil. They won't check your phone but we used burners. Get one that takes a sim card and buy a new sim card when you get in country.
