The documentary on how they tracked him down was fascinating to watch

Definitely a “I remember where I was” day in American history

There were those thirty minutes between when they announced there would be an unscheduled presidential address and when we finally got news about it that was a little disconcerting.

So much for all the "Never Forget" talk. Less than 25 years later they have a Muslim mayor with thousands of them out praying near the site of the twin towers.

That’s freedom, even for those that are still learning the English language.

No kidding. Nobody had a clue. Some wild theories were being tossed around. (Aliens, nukes, meteor, etc.)

Me too, bro.

I remember photos of the raid were released shortly after. Pics around the compound, of dead bodies, and the infamous movie/porn stash. Curiously missing were any pics of OBL himself.

Then he was buried at sea following “traditional islamic rites,” and I got all the closure I needed. We did it, we got him!

My son had just been born and I remember being thankful that he wouldn't have to grow up in a world with this devil.

Was driving back from Florida w/ wife and kids (on the Bonnet Carre) when I heard the CBS stinger and they announced it.

Real New Yorkers have moved to Florida by now and young retards from across the country who weren’t even born yet during 9/11 are now living there and making up a huge portion of their economy.

I previously worked for a huge company based ONE BLOCK from the WTC. All the managers for the company were younger than me (which, looking back on it, should have been a massive red flag to be honest), and every year we had emails and slack posts out the arse reminding us of Hispanic Heritage Day/month, black history month, Cinco de Mayo, Pride Month, and even Trans Awareness month.

Remember, this company’s headquarters sits ONE BLOCK away from the WTC….

Not a single post, mention, breath whatsoever was ever made about 9/11 each year. Not a single one.

I really wish things had been different there for me, but I eventually grew disgusted enough with them that I finally left.

Honestly I was like 20 something when 9/11 happened, so bin Laden was a big deal to me, but I really never think about this. Idk why.

Except to the egos of those two men, does it really matter?

I think they initially never told anyone who was the actual trigger man, but at the same time that one dude started doing interviews as the guy. I don’t know the truth.

No, I wish they’d both kept their mouth shut in anonymity. Personally I’d rather see photos from insider that room than know who did it. How long will it take for those to come out?
