my uncle's funeral over 10 years ago

The promise he had made to his biological father who didn't want anything to do with him and the father didn't want his son to have anything to do with his siblings had made him promise fine but wait until I'm dead and then that moment happened in this man's life

and if the half-brother presented to the family the idea that all will probably aware that their dad wasn't perfect

This happened in my family. It was discovered a few years ago that my cousin's youngest daughter has a different father than her two older sisters. Apparently my cousin had an affair with a co-worker which resulted in her pregnancy. Her husband has not treated the youngest daughter differently since he found out that she is not his biological child.
The decent thing to do is to meet with the kid. He is not responsible for the circumstances of his conception.
