A clarification as to why I have been providing this board with Arizona data

Arizona was the first state of the 4 states (ca, az, tx, fl) who started getting hit in June. It stands to reason that the other 3 states will begin to see similar trends as all states folllow a similar curve. The decline in az hospitalizations has been quite sincere and rapid. It is very newsworthy for a bunch of other main states. Arizona is turning a corner and getting this under control without any draconian lockdowns.
Just seeking to explain my motives. Other posters have theorized that I am posting az data because i am a “tard” or because I am trying to troll LSUnurse

So regardless of your true intent of posting the data you could potentially still be a "tard" but that just isn't the reasoning behind the posting of the data....correct?

Until other states go into the same, or similar, lockdown as AZ did, their numbers will not follow AZ's.

That thread she started a few weeks ago about AZ hospitals being at capacity was laughable. The governor stated explicitly they were in no danger and here she was spreading her propaganda because “I’m a nurse.”

I'm honestly just curious (and grateful for your info): Are you a hospital numbers guy or a doc or something related? Just curious.
And I hope you're right and that Louisiana follows that sooner rather than later.

Can’t speak for everybody, but I’ve enjoyed seeing the hospitalizations tick down and I appreciate OP’s threads.
That being said, I can’t help but remember OP’s “deaths are down” threads and wondered why he stopped posting those as deaths increased. Not picking on him, but it does seem like the focus shifted deliberately.
Any correct info is good info, in my opinion.

People who just legitimately hate positive trends about COVID? I guess there are sickos out there, maybe I’m naive and just don’t pay them any mind.

Most of this went into effect around June 30th so, considering the virus takes 2 weeks to show symptoms, it makes 100% sense that numbers have dropped drastically in the last 2 weeks. That's why HailHail, as much as I respect him for sharing the data, highlights AZ as some sort of indicator that the virus is relenting but doesn't mention the "why".

Texas has followed a lot of this, with gyms fortunately being an exception. Bars are closed statewide, for example, and that has to be the #1 vector of transmission.
