9 y.o. is a hate crime victim. Case needs to be pursued as such, since her father is, well, not interested in seeking justice.

Just remind them that stereotypes exist for a reason. Make sure they don't fall for any of that CRT shite they're learning in school and make sure they're aware that no matter how nice they may seem individually, if you're the only white person in an area around multiple black people, you need to get out of that situation ASAP. The last few years have proven that this is a dangerous situation for a white person to put themselves in.
Always be aware of your surroundings.

You're omitting a very important part of this.
The real reason no one stepped in is a white man who stepped in to defend this little girl would be standing in front of a judge looking at a longer prison sentence than the blacks who beat her.
Someone would have filmed it and put it on social media, and then the BLM types would riot and burn their house down.
