They have no actual skill to offer in the workplace that could be considered productive or profitable. Thus, they work in HR.

The simple answer is...the salaries.

It's the same reason there are no mpre male teachers.

Just remember one thing: HR people are NOT your friends. Do not trust them.

You don't know a damn thing about running a business if you think these are non-critical roles. frick around and let compliance slip and your business is shuttered, and you get fined. frick around and get the IRS on your arse and your business is shuttered and you get fined out the arse. Compliance, Audit and Accounting are critical to the operation of any business.

I’ve left two organizations because HR was treated so poorly that they left and I had to pick up a lot of their tasks temporarily. Or people left because there was no HR.

HR can mean a lot of different things. Multiple interviews are usually due to President/CEO or Executive Management preference. I’ve never seen a situation where HR is making decisions unilaterally or really even pushing their ideas (although I know it can happen).

HR at my work (lead by women)
Had a meeting with us about how they are actively tracking sick days and if there’s something that they don’t like, we will be let go.
I called in the next Monday and the following Friday on purpose.
Moral of the story
Don’t give me sick days then dictate when I can and can’t use them.

They have no idea what the job actually need since they aren’t managers nor deal with that sector

Yea... Seriously "All new hires are like blank sheets of paper"
No they aren't Karen.

Women are process oriented not outcome oriented.

Anywhere women are allowed to control will become a bastion of red tape. The process will become the product.

HR is a prime space for this mindset to grow and even thrive.

There was an engineering director that needed engineers he didn’t belive the process was working he applied with his own cv didn’t make the cut and he is the director of the department. I know how ATS software works if the hiring mgr doesn’t put eyes on your resume directly from you or from one of his co workers you will not get the job.

Anecdotal on one young spoiled brat girl HR...

Before a corporate meeting, during breakfast, I saw her in the hotel lobby and she looked and acted like a meth head on withdrawals - literally struggling to wake up from a night of sleep and be an adult

Later in a board room meeting, she sat and smiled, completely calm, and literally didn't speak a word in regard to some HR issues. Completely silent the entire time.

Then some time later on a phone call, she refused to consider any type of logic to a situation that was being discussed, and it was like speaking to a heroin addict satanic banshee.

Again, this evil brat was a handpicked 24-26 year old of the CEO. I never knew, but I suspect she was his niece or some shite.
