Trying to help a buddy move down here that doesn't know the area. Finding a place in his price range not surrounded by culcha ain't easy.
Well at least his CC permit from MS carries over state lines I do believe.

I used to live off Janet between East Boyd and w. Parker. They have some one bedrooms over there for around that. Not super nice but better than el cid

Tell your friend to go north to Memphis. It's cheaper than BR and probably safer. There's no reason to move to Louisiana unless you're punishing yourself for something.

1 bedrooms are a minimum 900 to get out of the absolute ghetto. That just gets you a normal apartment that isn't in a great area but won't get you killed or robbed
