That kid is a hell of a lot more coordinated than I expected. Ive seen a ton of sub 6’ thirteen year olds on the court that can’t run and dribble at the same time.

He's way more solidly built than most super tall kids are at that age. Chet Holmgren looked like a stiff breeze would break him in half when he was in high school. That said he doesn't look very athletic or explosive (he traveled on almost all of those highlights), but at the same time it's not unusual for kids who have had a recent growth spurt (even just a few inches) to go through an awkward phase while adapting to their new body. You can't teach his kind of size so some coach will try and make a special project out of him and maximize his potential. Hopefully it works out for him because being that big and NOT having the monetary gain from being a successful basketball player seems pretty miserable.

His skill level looks like total dogshit, but hopefully his coordination catches up with his body

Are you crazy. 7 footers have made it to the NBA being complete bumbling retards
This really isn't a thing anymore, at least not like it used to be. Guys like Kevin Durant are 7 footers now.
And the traditional centers are incredibly skilled or incredibly athletic.
ETA:
Not saying this kid's skill can't improve dramatically once he learns coordination to match his rapid physical growth.

Perhaps. However, you said he wouldn’t get a single D1 scholarship. That was a very dumb thing to say.

Don't see anyway those knees last. Was he injected with HGH as a kid?

Shitty refs too. He clearly double dribbles in the first highlight

He's not particularly skilled or athletic.
Good luck finding any 13-year-old that can control a 7'3" body. Kids 3-4" taller than their classmates are often clumsy b/c they haven't grown into their body. Now imagine a kid that is almost 2' taller than his friends.

Looks like he’s racking up a huge reparations bill.

Yeah that's silly. 7'3", healthy, and not bambi on ice skates and you can get a D1 scholarship.

Interesting he isn’t at Penn now. Donald and 3 of his other 4 kids went there (Ivy league was too tough for Eric obviously)

he should be embarrassed with those highlights.
He moves a lot better than what I thought.
If he keeps working he's a multimillionaire by 18.
