7 shot in mass shooting in Wilmington, media has no details on shooter/suspects

Yep, in the past week we have had mass shootings in Virginia Beach, Philadelphia and California....yet it has barely been discussed. Wonder if it has to do with race and if the weapons used were legally obtained

It's a top story on CNN and the police issued a statement that they do not yet have a suspect. What is this blackout you are referring to?
