Yeah but what if I used to play high school football and just have an extra 40lbs?

Farmer’s carry is a little odd but overall I’d pass.

There’s nothing easy about farmer carrying your body weight for two minutes. That’s pretty crazy.

I rock climb regularly and my hands couldn’t hold on to two 85s for a minute. That’s insane.

The hardest thing here in my opinion is the farmer carry.

2 minutes is a crapload of time with 90+ lbs dumbbells in each hand

The rest of that stuff is somewhat reasonable IMO

Of course everyone that responds can easily do this.

Agree on the farmers carry for 2 minutes being a little strange, don’t think I’ve ever done that.
ETA: Realized they mean carry 90 lbs kettle bells for 2 minutes….. I don’t think most people that workout regularly can do that, much less the average person.

I doubt 50% of 40 year olds can farmer carry their weight for 2 mins. Pretty insane grip strength needed. I could probbaly hang on for dear life for 1 minute with a 90 lb dumbell in each hand but I am 50.

Honest question: Does "unbroken" pull-ups or pushups mean no breaks, or you just don't stop and reset (let go of bar then continue, put knee down for a second then continue...)

Never timed my farmer carry. Wonder how far 2 minutes would be with a standard pace.

Dead hang for two minutes, and farmer walk for two minutes would be very tough for me, but the rest are very simple.

The vast majority couldn’t dead hang for two min.

Nor could the majority squat their fat arse body weight.

5 legit pull ups… have you seen how fat America is?

This is 100% the hardest of everything mentioned.

I may try this at the gym next week, but think I could maybe do 1 minute
