Texas Penal Code 30.05, criminal trespassing is the act of knowingly entering private property without the consent of the owner. Typically these properties have a sign that forbids entry or the individual is asked to leave the property by one of its residents.
The bank asked her to leave, she refused.

As is so often said of others, she should have complied when the cops told her what to do. The business can require a mask even if it isn’t required by the Governor. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Agree 100%. If you support owners rights... such as a bakery... that doesn’t want to make wedding cakes for gay couples, then you have to support their right to say if you want to do business here wear a mask. You cannot pick and choose. Once again, if enough customers are disturbed and take their business elsewhere the bank will drop the mask mandate.
