I'm 5'9" and skinny. I had a 6'2" 250 guy punch me in the face with his class ring on. All for the simple crime of sleeping with his girlfriend. I didn't go down, but I got the frick out of there, dripping blood out of my face the whole way. I have no shame in saying I'd rather be a pussy than brain damaged.
He took me out to lunch the next day. I had a huge shiner. I deserved it.

In the USA, I should be able to hate whoever in the frick I want to hate.

We had a guy who was ab out 5'7"-5'8" working the door at a club I worked at. He was lean but corded with muscle. Watched him knock a 6'4" dude out one night (guy was giving him shite at the door, employee told him he needed to tone it down if he wanted to get into the club) as the guy was in the process of saying "What are you going to do about it". He never got to the word "to" before he was taking a sudden nap.

Question: What would be clear cut lines between big and little that could be drawn for legal purposes? 2" difference? 6'10"+ against 5'8" & below? Will weight be considered?
I believe this situation is pretty much already covered in our litigious society.
