re: 6 Pieces of Popeyes Chicken

Can't lose a pound for the life of me.

Cut sugar out of your diet - no more soda, no more sweets, no more dessert - it will work. I'm 51 - I was at 260 when I was 32. I now have the exact same waist size that I had at 19. The only thing that I changed was sugar.

6 pieces of Popeyes and 2 sides. Before that I ate a Big Mac Meal from Mcdlds.

Hopefully, you have a doctor from the Cardiovascular Institute of the South (installing stents in south Louisiana since 1986) on speed dial or you are on medication that will give you the shits when you overeat and the excess food will slide right out of you.

Please delete thread in 10 minutes.

Bro, keep eating like that and this thread may last longer than your life!

Possibly. I’ve never given it enough of a shot to find out. Many who write about binge eating disorders describe therapy as being unhelpful.

You must be doing ok financially if you can spend that much money on a meal.

If they can find a replacement for 1 piece of chicken - a few chocolate chip cookies or similar - it's not that bad with the app.

The 5 pieces deal and the return of Cajun rice started today.

Popeyes is celebrating its 50th anniversary in a big way this June. Not only is the brand giving fans a new chicken deal, but they are also bringing back an old side that fans were sad to see go when it was removed from menus in 2021. That's right, Cajun Rice is back, but only briefly.

You sound like you're striving for it. Do you want to stop being a pig?

Sorry Fatty you've come to the wrong place. We here on the OT are all 6'4 and 220 pounds of rock solid muscle. You may want to try the sec rant or another board but you need to leave this place immediately.

When I was 18 I could eat non-stop. Once had an all-you-can-eat Panchos Mexican Buffet manager kick me and my friends out because we wouldn't stop eating. I complained and said, "but it's all you can eat!", and he replied, "That's right, and now you've had all you can eat, so leave!" and pointed to the door.

Been there...done that and got the super sized pants to go with it.

I had been on a health kick back in late 2020 and most of 2021, I went from about 320 to 260, but I regressed and went back to 285 since the start of the year.

I just started new meds on Friday, and whatever it is it is working. I have ZERO thoughts of eating and when I do, I can only eat small amounts before I feel full.

So hopefully can get below 260 again.
