Our criminal justice system is fricked up with the way it deals with child molesters. When recidivism rates are that high you don't need to give second chances. This grinning POS knows he will get out and do it again.

I work with kids like this and see 1st hand the effects. These types of parents need a bullet in the head. The kid is better off in the long run that way.

They need to figure out the offenders registry. Putting people for public indecency/exposure or urinating in public doesn't deserve to be grouped in with guys like this.
More importantly, it is easier to slip through the cracks when the list is so big. Takes a bunch of resources to keep track of everyone.
