How are these not a violation of the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA) of 1974?

The Villages allow up to 20% to be earlier than retirement age to live there.

Came home for the weekend to one of these 55+ communities, already heard mom screaming about someone having 6 guests including a bunch of kids at the pool when theyre only supposed to have 4 guests max. Get outta my pool!

Why do you care if a bunch of old folks live in the same neighborhood? It's better than having to deal with their shite in my hood.

frick off. Do your own homework. There are several exemptions in federal housing law.

You can also discriminate legally if the residence you are renting is connected to your primary residence.

Like if you live in one side of a duplex, you can pick and choose who lives in the other side legally.
