They should fire in a flash bang thingy about every 30 seconds until he walks/crawls out. Or maybe about 15 at a time.

I mean... there's nothing really going on at the moment... esp. since the 2 trapped officers have now gotten out
police have set up their perimeter and are still trying to get the suspect to surrender
the suspect still refuses to talk
seems like this all comes down to when do the police go ahead and decide enough's enough and storm the suspect's hiding spot (I'm sure they know exactly where he's at in the building)

suspect wants to make sure cops won't hurt him
making progress but he's still barricaded in the building

There are 2 shooting suspects, 1 was arrested.
2-3 more suspects are handcuffed(not shooters, perps caught in drug bust), but caught in bathroom with the under cover agents.
So 2 shooters, 1 arrested, and 2 males in cuffs, and 1 female in cuffs from drug bust, and stuck in bathroom.

Why send more cops in to get shot? Send in the robot with the steel plates, camera, and a box of C4. Let him know that he comes crawling out now or the explosion peels all the meat off of his bones.
