Agreed, the Soul Mate. If it only costs me $5 million to find her, we have the rest of our lives to spend my remaining 32,995 million.
My only question, why so cheap?

I don't understand the parameters of the game.
Are we saying that in lieu of never meeting and marrying the perfect person we would receive $5M and end up settling for someone less than perfect? 'Cuz I'm already doing that shite and I'm doing it for a lot less than $5M.

Exactly. The hypothetical was out of everybody on the Earth so unless you think you and your wife were the best compatible match possible, this is free money.

What if that person doesn't choose me back? I think I would have to go with the 5 million at the moment.

I could buy a lot of horses for $5 million.
I'd probably take the money

I wouldn't take $5mil in trade for never seeing my wife again. You could keep adding zeros and it wouldn't change my mind. I'm richer with her.

$5M
I'd take $1M over some hypothetical soul mate.

Id take my soul mate. I'm gonna make plenty of money anyway, plus be happy at home all the time ??? Sounds like a deal to me!

If she truly is my soul mate then her net worth is way more than $5 million. So I choose soul mate.

So out of the billions of women in the world, you hypothetically get the one who you find the best combination insanely hot, awesome to be around, and that you just genuinely love... and someone would take 5 million over that?

my GF who I think is my "soulmate" is probably going to pull in about $4 to $5 million over the next 50 years so I win this game

I'm shocked people really believe in soul mates. Maybe that's why the divorce rate is so high. Everybody out here searching for soul mates.
