My wife had to have two test. Neither me nor my daughter have been tested. My mom has had multiple tests, but she's old. My neurotic brother in law doesn't leave the house, has his groceries delivered, and sits outside sanitizing said groceries for a half hour before he brings them in the house, not sure how many tests he's had.

Some peoples jobs required a negative test to return to work after a positive test. I mean are the saints players counted? They are tested I think every day lol

I count for 3 of those tests. Urgent care forcing you to take them before you can see a Dr. or nurse.

Not sure what point you are trying to make.

I could be wrong, but I suspect the point the OP may be trying to make is that the number of "cases" may be misleading in terms of actual spread of the virus. One person may test positive multiple times. But no matter how many times he/she tests positive, they are still just one person. Yet, some of the reporting seems to imply that each positive test = one person. So if one person is testing positive 3 times that's not 3 unique cases. That's just one "case" testing positive multiple times.

I believe this was debunked.

Can only speak for LA, but LDH addresses this on their site. They regularly filter through the test results and remove any duplicate positive tests. So, while it may slip through and count the same person/case as positive; they eventually will correct this and fix the number accordingly.

If you follow their results on a daily basis, you can see where they do try to address this and remove duplicate tests.

I got tested once to see Dave Chappelle

It's like a rite of passage.

Actually, some labs are only reporting positive tests, so who knows how many negative tests have gone unreported. Total test is higher than the 4.7 million.

When I had it, I had to get three tests:
1) One that told me I had it.
2) Employer required #1.
3) Employer required #2 before cleared to return.

Didn’t they indicate that testing was a tool to stop the spread?

How did that work?

Joe Biden says that we aren't doing enough testing, yet Louisiana has performed a test for every citizen. Also only 7% of the test have come back positive.

I've been tested twice. I have a co=worker who has been tested at least a dozen times. Saints players, staff, coaches are tested daily.

I’ve had two tests and an antibody test. That probably counts as three.
