4 years ago, Omar Mir Seddique (AKA Omar Mateen) shot up the Pulse nightclub in Orlando. 50 people were killed including Seddique.
During times like these, it's important to remember that there are many enemies of freedom - including radical terrorists like Mateen.
Recognizing that the attack was ultimately targeting the American way of life, the people of US (particularly Florida) donated blood at a staggering pace after the attack on our fellow citizens. Americans from all backgrounds, religions, and political affiliations rallied to support the gay community during pride month in 2016.
Meanwhile, many American news outlets (such as CNN) held off on reporting Mateen's information and possible motives as long as they possibly could, then ultimately spent the following weeks blaming guns and flyover state voters for the attack.
Know your enemies. Appreciate your friends.

A ceremony commemorating the fourth anniversary of a massacre at a gay nightclub in Florida was being held virtually Friday because of the coronavirus, instead of members of the public gathering outside the club to remember the victims as in years past.
A pre-taped, online ceremony was being held to remember the 49 people who were killed at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando in June 2016. The area around the club was closed to the public Friday, though survivors, family members of victims and first-responders were being allowed to visit.

Media was orgasmic when news first came out. Homophobic white supremacist shoots up gay club
Then they figured out it was a Muslim
Story went away quickly

No it didn't. They talked about it for weeks.

Yea, but we didn’t need to have “a new conversation” about race in this country afterwards. The talking points went straight to gun control.

He was gay and had self-hate because of it.

This is actually a pretty common theory. There's likely some truth to it.

How do you know? Did he promote conversion therapy?

Sad but back page news today.
If it’s not pro BLM, radically Liberal or anti-Trump it’s not news worthy.

The gay community should not be pleased with being set aside during pride month.

And sadly, it'll take more than this to red pill the Gay Gestapo. To them, Republicans are the biggest existential threat to their well-being.

There is a large silent group of the LGB letters that vote more conservatively than one would expect. They just keep it a secret - they're moderate conservatives in the closet.

What actually happened is that he shot some dude that dumped him and then kept shooting. The media tried to downplay the violent nature of homosexuals but we all know Ancient Greece would make entire gay armies and even America has an all homo fighting force called the navy

Saw where ole Nancy is using the pulse incident to push for more gun control. With the events of the past few weeks that may be one of the more tone deaf moves I’ve seen a politician pull in a long time.
