4 officers going at least 100mph in the turn lane down perkins??

Just curious if anyone knows what’s going on. One almost hit a school bus in front of the Baton Rouge Clinic

3 additional cops just came from Essen and the other side of perkins and turned down starring. Must be a shooting in gardere

Yikes!
Perkins is a congested mess at 3 because so many moms picking up kids at carpools, and school buses are all on the road
For them to be going that fast I’m guessing there’s a good reason??
By the time i heard the sirens, the first one had already zoomed past me
