The complaint that healthy food is too expensive is the biggest pile of bullshite. With just a little effort it's easy to buy low cost stuff that you cook yourself instead of fast food and hi-carb pre-packaged food.

Not really. I just switched to a high fat/low carb diet a couple of months ago. Much of what I eat now consists of just a few ingredients. Definitely more expensive. Hate to say it, but it did seem cheaper when I was eating lousier.

It is. These people don't know how to cook and have been taught this is how to eat. I can make several healthy meals that will give me more bang for my buck. I also grew up in a family restaurant cooking a wide variety of dishes.
