My buddy lives there and his is nice, although he did drop some serious money re-doing everything. They are in a great location.

Google failed you and I think you just made up the fact you're "friend" dropped serious money on them. 333 lofts don't exist in New Orleans.
They are in Baton Rouge. When you googled 333 lofts New Orleans, Julia Place Condominiums comes up in the 1st suggested search.

Lived in a condo up the block from 333 Julia and it's what popped into my head too. Sweet call out though. You showed him.

They're nice. Good location. The 333 Flats are an option too.

I lived at 333 Julia in NOLA about 12-15 years ago. Great location. They were apartments then, not condos.

Had friends who lived there 2 years ago. Awesome location and pretty nice.

glad I could help. Here is another free real estate tip. I also lived on Jennifer Jean about 15-20 years ago. Sucked. Don't buy there.
