The judge read the charges we all know he had and he affirmed. Earl was rocking back and forth to the right and left.

A murder charge was not added. So we don't know if he killed her, or just hid her body? Or if they need medical examiner/autopsy to charge him? Nothing on where the mother is...

My guess is the current theory is it may have been an accident and then they panicked and hid the body.
They don't have enough evidence to go with a full on murder charge, but are working on it to make sure they get that particular charge correct.

Any lawyers to comment on: if they need a positive medical examiner ID/autopsy of the baby girl to charge for murder/manslaughter? If the mother had anything to do with it I am thinking she could be arrested in a 72 hold pending reports? (I am not defending the mother I am just wondering)

Ashley Banfield is reading from court docs about allegations made by the brothers against the boyfriend. They say they witnessed him put his penis in that poor little girl's mouth and that mom knew about it. He also beat the boys with a belt and some other things.
