One of the brothers said he saw the boyfriend/step father put his penis in Mariah's mouth. I'm not sure how old those two boys are.

I still don't know who the bio dad is of the two boys or why Mariah's bio dad didn't have custody or visitation.

The quote I read earlier in the thread had the name redacted or said "witness", I don't recall which. However, it also said something to the effect of "witness saw (whatever the guy's name is) put his penis in his sister's mouth." Wording isn't exact, but it was obvious that the witness was Mariah's brother. Not exactly expert technical writing skills on the part of law enforcement.

Yeah they can't show the names of juveniles. And Gris Gris, I think Alex Woods is the boys and Mariah's bio dad. He is filing for custody today. He was the one that leaked the child protective services docs to HLN. So he had to have known about the sex and physical abuse and he couldn't find money for an attorney.
If I read from CPS that someone put his penis in my daughter's mouth. I would be selling pencils on a street corner to get funds for a lawyer. (He could have leaked the CPS docs to Ashleigh and then got a gofundme.) He didn't. Why? What am I missing?

I'm not sure I would have the patience to raise money knowing that my child was going through that stuff while I was raising the money.
I hope Mariah bit that guy and left marks.

It is too late, the child is dead. From what I am seeing the arsehole in jail-- the BF's son strangled Mariah. It also does not really seem like the bio father was maybe slightly better than the mother and BF regarding parenting. If you look at the last document in the link I posted.

I haven't followed this case too closely, but wouldn't using chloroform suggest that he didn't intentionally kill her? He's still a POS, but is this truly a murder 1 case?
