My first post took issue with the entire system as being too lenient. ADAs as well, as I know they are apt to take the path of lease resistance in many cases.

Then you’re right; we likely won’t be able to find common ground. I believe that fundamental rights shouldn’t be stripped from people simply because the nanny state decides that they shouldn’t have done something. Whether it’s the prohibition of alcohol or the prohibition of drugs, victimless crimes are victimless crimes to me. South Park is bad, but pretty much all of Coursey is very safe if you’re a normal person not looking to settle bullshite drama at 3AM.
