3 nerds kill a guy with their legs

It was back in 2014 in Oregon, I remember someone telling it to me, just a strange story he read in the local newspaper that week.

The story goes that a 17 year old was found strangled (suffocated) in his car. A witness reported he was last seen alive at a Denny's with three guys who looked like stereotypical skinny nerds from the chess club. The 17 year old was found choked the next morning, the bruises on his neck made the coroner rule that he was strangled by a set of legs/thighs.

Basically these three nerds decided to turn on their 'pal' (who was not described as a nerd) while he was in his car with them, and one of them strangled him to death by wrapping his thighs around his neck and choking him.

I know I'll never tick off a nerdy guy since I was told about it.
