Chantix. I don't smoke anymore, but the dreams are fricking entertaining.
I miss those more than smoking.

It’s either been a couple of months or 20 years? Which one?

2 months for me. I smoked one last Friday just cuz and couldn’t even finish it. One of the best decisions I ever made.
I switched to vape for about a month and then weened myself off of that too.

Serious question, what's keeping y'all from vaping? It's trashy AF, but it seems to be a lot less hazardous than cigarettes.

It will be 1 year smoke free for me on March 12. I did not plan on quitting but I had pneumonia and for 2 weeks I didn't even want to think about a cigarette. So I figured I made it through the hardest part and decided to quit.
I used the Nicorette patches and Nicorette gum. I still chew the gum every once in a while but was off the patches in 3 months. The only time that I really crave a cigarette is when I am drinking. In fact I went on a duck hunting trip in January and drank so much that I did smoke about a half a pack of cigarettes one night but haven't picked them up before or since then.
Since I quit smoking I have had to cut back on drinking alcohol because I know that I would pick the habit right back up. Good luck.

thats what worked for me, now I am roaming around the city looking for Mango Juul pods like a maniac though
That shite doesn’t count. You’re still receiving nicotine, so of course you won’t have cravings.
