It was Game 5 of the NBA Finals (Rockets/Knicks)
That was the biggest thing for me in my early teens. I was so mad they put the game in a tiny corner so you couldn't see it.
Instead, there was an hour plus of the Bronco sitting outside OJ's mansion with no movement.

For those old enough, where were you when the O.J. chase was going down?
I was working in a prison and they broke into a NBA finals game to show it. I thought there might be a riot at first but it soon became Go OJ Go.

I was in a bar in Houston watching the Rockets / Nicks in the finals, huge Rockets fan due to the fact that I was living in Houston.
They interrupted the game to show OJ, we were all pissed screaming "pull the fricking trigger".
Just think, if he would have it would have saved us all from what followed including the Kardashians.

I believe I was watching the nba finals on my little brother’s 13 inch TV and playing pilotwings on Super Nintendo. Then that came on.

I was in high school, I remember watching it one afternoon.
I also remember when he was found "innocent" and all the blacks in the school were partying. I didnt understand why. I asked some of my long time friends, 3 girls I went to school with since kindergarten, why they were so happy. nthey didnt have a real answer but they were crying, tears of joy

I was stuck in traffic from the OJ chase trying to drive from San Diego to LA. Claim to fame!

I was seven at the time and had just gotten home from day camp. I remember seeing the Bronco being chased slowly down the freeway and also remember my dad changing the channel but, no matter which channel he switched to, the chase was on.

I was at a restaurant in Metairie. Half the customers as well as employees were in the banquet room watching it on a TV.

White cops chasing a black man was obviously racist, so I didn't watch.
I also knew the glove wouldn't fit, so I ignored this SH--T.

Was at The Ballpark in Arlington, watching the Rangers play. Buddy who worked at AT&T took me on their tickets. Watched a bunch of it on the TV at a concession stand. Media guys said most of the TVs in the press box were on the chase.
Oakland at Texas according to Baseball Sports Reference. The chase was better than a 4-2 Ranger loss.
