Yeah its pretty stupid of me to put this off. I'm 32 so I'm right there in the sweet spot for ball cancer. I keep thinking if I feel a change in the teste like getting bigger or harder then I have to go for sure. No changes other than continually being extra tender. I've been to a GP twice in 14 years, 18 for pinworms and 25 for strep throat. Not my favorite thing to do to say the least.

Still a scary proposition, but his risk factors were greater than the average western male at his age. I don't see any reason why he didn't get circumcised, doesn't appear to have any strict religious beliefs.

1. Smegma is a real medical term.
2. Being circumcised is the best way to avoid getting dick cancer.

Yes. GP first. I had a scare like that years ago. Good news is that it’s more than likely not cancer, but you need to get it checked. If doctor has any concerns, he’ll refer you.
Worst case, you lose one nut. I know a couple of guys with one nut and both of them swear everything works just fine. Just get it checked out. Testicular cancer is pretty rare compared to a lot of other cancers.

I had a friend growing up whose brother dropped dead of testicular cancer at age 19. Been checking my cock and balls at least once a month since then.
