Lol'd at the paper talking about her record getting expunged while leaving the article up. Weird the judge says it was consensual when by law people under the age of consent can't consent. And the age of consent in California is 18 so it being 16 in other states has nothing to do with this case. Isn't it 12 in some countries, judge?
