I’m impressed she was ready to go to a bar a few weeks after giving birth to twins. And that her mom was willing to watch 4 very small children while she went out.

Her age is when women are most fertile as well.
Obviously she's just a bit slutty and not implementing intentional family planning, but the frequency of her having children is far from uncommon.
