Exactly my point, why the hell would you not invest in a security system. At least two or three people should monitor the video during peek hours- 10-3

I know there are supposed to be two shooters, but the videos I've seen only really show one guy shooting a lot and I'm pretty sure he ain't white from what I could see. The person of interest probably knows what's up though. He better sing.

The person of interest who turned himself in for questioning was seen running from the scene on video. Apparently 2 of his friends he was with were shot and he wasn't. I believe he was a person of interest so that nopd could find out more details such as if the shooters and victims interacted before the shooting and if so, where so they can try to ID them from video in those places.
