Wonder if Serpas screwed up when he announced the suspects were black males at his illustrious press conference. If I was the criminal defense attorney i would use the police chief's words over and over and over again in court to get these guys off.
On the flip side if I was either one of these two I would be eating tacos and drinking coronas right now in Mexico.

A caller on Bill Profita show supposedly that knows cops working for NOPD said that's not allowed anymore by decree of Eric Holder's justice department. Supposedly nothing can be done in terms of frisking and questioning until an incident happens.
