I might be wrong, but i think that ‘new’ Land Cruiser is the same Land Cruiser that’s been on sale in other countries for several years .

I have actually thought about doing that every now and then, even bought a 3 inch mat at Costco that fits perfectly in the back of my Grand Cherokee- and the seats fold down perfectly flat with lots of room, and it’s super easy to get the seats down.. i just wonder though if it’s better in theory than it would be in practice; seems like it wouldnt be bad if it’s just me and the dog, and one other person and the dog- as long as youre parked at a truck stop or somehting with easily accessible bathrooms and showers .

You think the new GX is ugly?! To each their own, but I question your taste. I have a ‘14 GX,… you can make a valid argument that the predator grill isn’t the most handsome, but the new one?!? One of the best redesigns out there. The only vehicle close is the newish Defender.

I didn't say it's ugly, I said the GX is the uglier of the two vehicles IMO. I prefer the round headlight option and vintage colors on the LC.

Reminds me of my 2007 FJ that also got called a Mall Crawler back in the day and a soccer mom vehicle as well. That Blue sumbitch got me to places I didn’t know I could climb.
Got hit and totaled a few years ago by a drunk driver (irony in my name, I was sober) and now it’s worth way more. Got a Taco in return but still miss that FJ.

I don’t understand how they will make the 4Runner work when the Land Cruiser is now the size of the 4Runner.
