Or is Latoya going to make it suck for everyone?
I am about to pull the trigger on a place on St. Charles for Endymion weekend but want to make sure everything is going to be pretty much normal?
P.S. Obviously I know I am going to get mugged, raped, and probably killed but other than that anything I should be aware of?

You are aware that Endymion is not an uptown parade, right?

It will happen, but will include some of the changed routes and such. Still pisses me off that they take the best part of the Thoth route away now.

Rolling mostly normal route but ending at Convention Center.
No extravaganza in dome due to renovations.
ETA: Still don’t know who is performing.

I'm hearing Darius Rucker & Foreigner. I've noticed they don't get A list acts when the Extravaganza is in the Convention Center.

Yea but we'll get the Thursday and Friday night uptown parades in on St. Charles, which is plenty for me. I don't really care about the parades but my wife and kids like them. I'll decide if I want to deal with Endymion based on how I'm feeling Saturday afternoon.
I come for the crawfish, etoufee, and po boys.

I don’t think the Endymion route has been announced yet. It has not been announced by the krewe and the details were not included in the recent newspaper article. My guess is we will take the regular mid city route with a shortcut to the convention center.
