It wouldn't prevent it from starting and might not even throw a code unless you are able to put some load on the engine.
About 95% of the stuff mentioned in this thread would not prevent the engine from starting.

You need a new dynamic positron regulator.

So far it looks like my starter side battery blew the F up. That was the loud bang. Changed both batteries and did BMS manuel reset but still not starting. All fuses are good. Time to tow this sucker to the dealership. Waiting on tow truck now.

Had that happen before... the battery crossover cable was corroded badly causing the alternator to overcharge one battery..

Should of bought a nice used 2020-2022 Tundra w the bulletproof V8.
It's almost good advice except there is no such thing as a 2022 Tundra with a V8.
So, when searching2020-22, any that have the little weasel motor should not be considered.
Buy American.

Starter is the only thing thats ever left me stranded in all my toyotas. And on the 5.7 Tundra they're a royal PITA to change.

Any damage to the wiring harness? Can't imaging the acid coming out of that battery did any good

I know. The 5.7 and 4.6 V-8's were built in NC. The Tundra was designed in CA. The tundra is built outside of San Antonio, Tejas.
This is why I said buy American. Fords are Mexican trucks. My 2015 Tundra is in the driveway, calmly waiting.

Starter is the only engine accessory I have had to change on my travel car (ES330) damn thing only lasted 443,000 miles. It is a testament to the car that I actually felt let down.
