I knew without even looking that last place would be occupied by the good city of Baltimore, MD. Without a doubt the absolute stupidest fricking drivers in this country. I was there for 4 days and experienced a level of asshattery yet to be rivaled in my 23 years of driving.
Popular Mechanics posted a chart a few years back showing that Baltimore had the highest incident of claims in the country, averaging a claim per driver every 4.7 years or so.

Well of course not. But it's just one in a increasing number of articles saying how awesome Huntsville is.
No, it's not. Huntsville sucks. It's in Alabama so full of inbred rednecks and a horrible place to live. Stay away at all costs.

I just find this report hard to believe. Memphis has the worst drivers I’ve ever seen (and I’ve lived in New Orleans AND Baton Rouge), yet it’s only halfway down the list.
