As far as racial stereotypes and driving go, Mexicans are actually some of the best drivers out there.

I can say for a metro with over 1.5 million people traffic does flow very smooth in the valley.

McAllen gets a little congested but Brownsville is always smooth sailing. Helps that almost every road is 4 lane.
