I don't recommend that. Just ask your questions here.

Any rain or wind yet?
I like the official thread better.. I'm so confused
Light rain in downtown Houston. But it may have just been a pop up shower and not a real outer band.

The current track has it going in around Port O'Connor...
Thank you.
I hadn't been keeping up with the storm as I though it would be making landfall closer to Houston.
It wasn't until tonight when I saw that it was much further south. Then I saw this article mentioning Port A. LINK
I have family in Rockport so it caused slight concern there momentarily.

Here in Houston. Light showers at best.

Katy here.
Not what I expected to wake up to - birds singing, no wind or rain.
But from what I read, the rain is expected to start around 9:00am today and not stop until 11:00pm Wednesday. Probably lots of people waking up up thinking "false alarm" and driving in to work this morning. I will be playing it safe and will work from home today.
Good luck everybody. Here's to hoping TS Bill is a dud.

Mostly Sunny and 77 in Birmingham this morning. High will reach 95, with a 20% chance of afternoon pop-up showers.

Quite a few posters here live in Katy TX. I bet one in particular was shivering with anticipation when it was reported yesterday that she was going to get 10-14 inches.....

Looks like it jogged due West in the last hour as it approached the coast.
