I can't wait to watch. I'll be devoting more time to crossfit. Need to get ready to run the NYC marathon!

Yeah.
Another workout I can perform without having to scale.
My tempered expectation is at least moving into R4.
:fingers crossed:
..but my dumbass ripped a hand doing rope climbs tonight.

I like how they replicated an open workout from last year.
It gives people a gauge to see how far they have progressed in a year doing the same movement one year apart.

Finished a beast of a chipper workout tonight..
5 15' rope climbs
20 TTB
30 KB swings
40 Wallballs
50 hand release pushups
100 double unders
..and then ate a huge fajita platter from some Mexican joint in Houston.

They didn't do any favors in scaled.
You start at 6/6 and add 2 reps after completing 2 rounds of each rep range within 3 min, but the pullups are regular chin over bars. Most who struggle with chest to bars, can't do chin over bars for multiple reps at a time.

I promise I'm really not trying to be snarky but I would think you would want to ramp down CF workouts and increase your weekly mileage. I get CF workouts helping your 5K time, not sure how much it would affect your 26 mile time.

It's like a different language in these threads.

Is there anyway to look up your scores from last year?
ETA: never mind, I figured it out.

Do you live in LA? Because everything you have said in this thread fits almost perfectly with a buddy of mine in AL

Girlfriend is stoked. She was top 150 last week and she got top 200 in this workout last year despite getting back from a cruise that afternoon.
It's good because she is getting up with your professional career BS so at least CF is making her forget that for a little bit

NOLA i just ran a marathon 6 weeks ago. NYC marathon is Nov 1st. I have plenty time to focus on mileage. I want to shed some weight and be in better shape.
I'll try 15.2 this weekend. Not expecting anything great

Yeah.
Just got back to BR after 3 weeks in Houston, but I'll be heading to Seoul in 8 days. Found a CF gym not too far from my hotel over there.
I may wait until Sunday/Monday and attempt 15.2 once. I hope to pace myself and keep my HR at a relatively low level. I want to get into R4.

Dropped by the gym today to prepare for 15.2
Based on everyone else's results, I'll be lucky to get thru 2 rounds.
