He was doing really well but unfortunately him and his wife were murdered in 2007. His wife's ex husband basically waited for them and killed them both.
Jerome who? I tried google, but I couldn't find anything. Sounds like an interesting story.

Jerome Lambert. 93-94 NCAA rebound record. I was always sort of in awe of the plaque he had from the ncaa
He was a good friend of mine. Volunteer fireman and very humble guy.
his wiki
His wife's ex husband had a major screw loose and ambushed them. Jerome was legally armed but was focused on getting his step daughter out of the car and into the house. When she exited the car she left the rear door open and the gunman shot Jerome through the open door right through the back of the seat. He then tackled his wife and shot her too. It was a very sad deal.

What a very sad story. Then, they chose to lie making matters worse for the family and themselves.

BRG MC ER is open but in a situation like this they will always send to BRG BB. Greater resources there.

Yes. I’ve experienced it myself by hydrating without electrolytes while playing in extreme heat. The brain fog is closely followed by unconsciousness and can lead to coma and death. I now take potassium and magnesium supplements to exercise in extreme heat.
That’s what they did us in Navy when it was 118 with a 25-30 knot breeze - iv too

My cousin died during a frat event at LSU from drinking too much water.
not that unusual. too much water is toxic.
didn't this happen to a radio station promo where the person who 'won' drank so much water that it caused their body to go into shock or something like that? i know they died.
damn just looked it up. All for a fricking Wii.
quote:
A radio station promo where someone drank too much water refers to the tragic case of Jennifer Strange, who died from water intoxication after participating in a radio contest called "Hold Your Wee for a Wii" where contestants were challenged to drink as much water as possible without urinating to win a Nintendo Wii; this incident sparked controversy and legal issues for the radio station involved.
Key points about the incident:
Contest details:
The radio station "The End" (KDND) in Sacramento, California held a contest where participants had to drink large amounts of water without going to the bathroom.
Fatal outcome:
Jennifer Strange, a participant, drank a significant amount of water and died shortly after from water intoxication.
Legal repercussions:
The radio station faced lawsuits from Strange's family and received significant public scrutiny.
I remember this story when it happened. A nurse even called the station and the DJ's running the contest and told them this was a dangerous and stupid thing to do and could cause someones death, they just laughed her off and hung up on her.

he reportedly collapsed to the ground and began having a seizure
Back in jr high me and a couple of friends were hanging out in the parking lot waiting for lunch to be over.
One of my friends punched me in the chest. We were standing side by side, I waited til he wasn’t paying attention and I wound up from my right to left and smooth straight side armed punched him in his sternum.
He gasped for air and fell like a sack of bricks and started shaking. I about shite a brick and he finally comes to and stands back up.
He ended up having a heart defect he didn’t know about. So I always give him shite about me saving his life because he wouldn’t have known about the defect if I didn’t punch him.

That’s how Harry Houdini died.
quote:
At some point, a student named J. Gordon Whitehead arrived and asked Houdini if it was true that he could resist hard punches to his abdomen—a claim the magician had supposedly made in public. According to witness Sam Smilovitz, when Houdini said the rumors were true, Whitehead abruptly delivered “four or five terribly forcible, deliberate, well-directed blows” to his stomach. Houdini was still reclined on the couch and had no time to prepare for the punches, which appeared to leave him in considerable pain. Houdini brushed off the incident at the time, but that same evening, he began to complain of discomfort and stomach cramps. His condition only worsened the next day, when he boarded an overnight train to Detroit for a new run of performances. The magician developed severe abdominal pain, cold sweats and fatigue, and his temperature rose to 104 degrees. A doctor suspected appendicitis and instructed Houdini to go to a hospital, but the performer insisted on taking the stage for his opening night show at the Garrick Theater. He proceeded to struggle through his routine before collapsing immediately after the final curtain.
