Rutgers has a lot of money:

The Rutgers Board of Governors on Wednesday approved a five-year contract for Keli Zinn that makes the longtime college administrator the highest-paid athletic director in school history.

Zinn, who is currently the executive deputy athletic director and chief operating officer at LSU, will make an initial base salary of $1.35 million that can rise annually if the athletic department hits any of the multiple incentives in the deal, according to a reading of her contract at the Board of Governors meeting where it was approved.
Coverup will be bad for anyone going to trial. I expect some plea bargains and messy finger pointing by those involved to be interesting.

Those guys are old for being involved in hazing. Maybe not old for approved rituals, but definitely old for brutal hazing activities.

Due to age, they probably all get significant jail time. They also face significant fines for the chapter and participants of $10,000 each. Just not sure if it $10K per event or per person hazed. Guess we will find out soon.

A quirk in the LSU hazing policy is that you can be suspended from school if you allow yourself to be hazed. Not sure if the same at other schools, but the guys getting hazed would be expelled if they were at LSU as well. This is not used for leverage, but some perverse penalty LSU dreamt up to expel fraternity guys. The same rule is not applied to athletes.
First Arrest has been made and more to come.

Police said Caleb McCray, a graduate of Southern University and member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, has been arrested. McCray, 23, is charged with criminal hazing and manslaughter.

His bond was set at $75,000 for the manslaughter charge and $25,000 for the hazing charge.

Info on Warrant and activity that night from WAFB LINK
Chris Nakamoto is on the case now

Turns out the guys lied about location and event.

Wilson was punched in the chest and collapsed at a local warehouse.

Looks like members will be going to jail soon

Lots of questions about this needless and tragic night:

What was happening when he died?

I am assuming they were inside the BREC facility and not just outside hazing members. If so, who allowed access to the BREC recreation facility at 3am?

Is there video footage at the park?

What members have been arrested?

A greek death at LSU prompts expansive news coverage with these basic questions.

Criminal defense lawyers phones should be ringing off the hook from members and anyone remotely associated with this due to Gruver law place.
If you can afford Port Neches, that is the area you should pick. Taxes are steep, but the community is very welcoming and family oriented.

Really large LSU fan base as well when I am back there to watch the Tigers with as well.

Anyone have some sources. Most online spots only have them out of state.

Thanks for the leads TD!
