Give me a break, there is WAY more back ground to this story than and old couple going to jail fro meth laced cotten candy, or it is just a fabrication to go along with your argument. Hell ASUMMING they did get arrested for what you are saying, why the frick did they spend months in jail? Bonding out is easy. thats their fault.
This really did happen.
quote:
A woman in Georgia who spent three months in jail after police thought blue cotton candy in her car was methamphetamine due to a faulty drug test has now filed a federal lawsuit against officials who stopped her and the manufacturer of the test kits.
Dasha Fincher spent three months in jail with bond set at $1 million after she was accused of trafficking drugs when she was pulled over on Dec. 31, 2016, and authorities saw a bag with a blue substance on the floor, FOX5 reported.
quote:
Fincher and the driver were arrested, and she was eventually charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, according to the lawsuit obtained by WMAZ.
After sitting in jail for three months because she could not pay the cash bond, an analysis conducted by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations crime lab in March 2017 revealed the blue substance was cotton candy after all. Prosecutors dropped charges against her in April 2017 and she was released from jail.

That has to be an incredibly unfortunate and rare event.
I hope she got paid. That's horrible.

Ok I have question for the firearms experts; why didn't her shot kill him? Don't they carry 45's and 9mm's?

first off they do look like meth trafficors. 2nd that dude looks real rapey. 3rd off there is more to the story if she got a million dollar bail if they had a faulty test on trace amounts of cotton candy.

That’s pretty bad, though it seems like her beef is with the test kit, not the cops.

The % of people shot everyday in the torso by a 9mm that survive vs are killed would surprise you. I don't know what that % is, but the fact that you think it's automatic death tells me it would shock you.

We could stop training cops to treat traffic stops as pretext for searching for guns and drugs.
We could if thugs would quit shooting cops. But that’s not gonna happen. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say there are more cops shot by thugs than innocents shot by cops, which is why they are trained the way they are. But CNN ain’t gonna tell you that.

man pulled over for airfreshner
This guy was followed for 15 mins. Pulled over for an airfreshner. Cop pulls him out and holds him up for close to an hour.
This isn't freedom of movement. It's a pretextual stop. It's a horrible way to police and leads to all the profiling we see today.
Cop found a car he wanted to pull over followed him for 15 mins. Couldn't get him on any moving violation so pulls him over for a air freshener.
Then questions him about drugs and tries to make him take a field sobriety test. His reasoning was the dude was being deceptive.
This used to be a free country, but this fake war on drugs, fake war on terrorism, and trash Supreme Court rulings have eroded the freedoms that people had 30 or 40 years ago.
I watched a man get arrested for eating a breakfast sandwich on a train station platform in the land of the free.
The government is out of control and people are blindly allowing it because support of cops aligns with their political platform even at the expense of their own constitutional rights.

Why did he put up a struggle & resist for just a seatbelt violation?
Because celebrities and the media and politicians from the left tell him that the cops are out to get him.
This is on them. But they are going to use this incident as evidence that it's true, even though it never would have happened if he wouldn't have done what he did. But facts are racist.

ZERO respect for the law.... Seatbelt infraction and dude loses his shite and gets shot. That’s brilliant.
What does it take really to just give the officer your license, and registration, and get the ticket? Fight it out in court. Why fight someone who’s only doing his job to make a living so he TOO isn’t homeless and looking for work?

Just looking at her in that picture, I'm stunned that there was even a scrap of cotton candy lying around anywhere.

You realize the police have nothing to do with making the laws right?
So in one post you hate the police, hate the courts, and hate the legislature making the laws.
But it’s all the police’s fault? You just hate the system.

Exactly, police don't make laws. The people you vote for do.

It's not that rare. They did a whole story on faulty field drug test kits in GA. A QB was arrested for "bird shite" on his windshield that test positive for cocaine.
Georgia State QB arrested for bird shite

I don't understand how people who are against big government are for the continuous expansion of police powers at the expense of citizen rights. Its like people don't understand that police are government.
The courts have legislated from the bench all of these officer safety rulings that have reduced rights of citizens and only a small percentage of Americans actually care.

quote:pretty much all these situations of people being killed by police started with people not complying. Its that fricking simple.
My dad always told me if I ever got in trouble with the law, to just go along with it and have my day in court and fight it then.
People these days have no respect to for law enforcement.
