I thought Gary Chambers represented the area. We need to hear from him after he's done speaking out about convenience stores.

He’d be ok with it if the shooter felt disrespected.

Ruffin has a prior arrest history that includes possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, resisting, possession with intent to distribute Schedule I narcotics and illegal carrying of weapons, BRPD said.

No felon in possession?
Obliterated serial # is code for stolen, why was this F’er out on the street and which judge did it?

As I said in original post. Why was this guy walking freely among us and not incarcerated for any of these earlier crimes….,

Investigators said Ruffin has a prior arrest history that includes charges of possession of a firearm with obliterated serial number, resisting, possession with intent to distribute Schedule I narcotics, and illegal carrying of weapons.

If these crimes occurred in EBR, I can almost guarantee you all charges were either dismissed or pled down to the lowest level misdemeanor possible.

It almost certainly never saw trial.

Probably has the lowest charge or trial rate of any felony.

Horrible story.

Not sure I would chase a stolen car with my 2 year old with me, though.
