In addition to the one in Pineville

quote:

ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - Whataburger began construction on their newest franchise location in Louisiana. Located at 6240 Coliseum Blvd, Alexandria, the restaurant expects to be open in mid-October. At the ceremony, it was announced that a second Alexandria Whataburger will be located on South MacArthur Drive, and is expected to start construction later this year.

What is it, the Sweet Heat burger? That shite is wonderful.

The one that recently opened in Decatur, AL was a shitshow for nearly two months after it opened. They had police directing traffic. It finally died down enough that I hit it up a couple weeks ago.

Didn’t realize Whataburger was a big deal to some. It’s def one of the better burger chains but there’s always been quite a few in the SBC area.

The Jalapeno burger is legit. Give it a try. But afterwards, your burps will hang in the air precisely the way that bricks don't.

Had it in Lafayette today. First time in years. Giant dry bun. Scrawny burger.

Great fries and spicy ketchup though.
