It is pretty simple. A man went into the home of another and killed him and got himself killed. No one called Breaux a saint but that doesn't deserve another POS driving 5 hours to come kill him. Now, what 6-7 children are without fathers and a few, depending on this soon to be new information, may lose their mother too.

See, if the ex was abused by him like you implied, and she had killed him while he was abusing her, you got a different story. You’ve got justifiable homicide. That’s NOT what we have here.
What we have here is a premeditated murder, that left 5 kids fatherless. If she had any part of it, she deserves to do time. It doesn’t matter if he abused her years ago.

There’s a lot of divorcees that rattle off implications of abuse to everyone that will listen to garner support and sympathy. If there was abuse involved, it would have been spelled out in the court docs.
He ignored me=abuse
I didn’t want to be around him anymore but had to live in the same house=abuse
I found someone else I like better but don’t want to be judged by my friends=abuse

This. So there is a ‘good’ mother, in a nasty, drawn out custody/relocation battle, who never happens to mention abuse? Complete BS

yep. Happens in a lot of divorces. I love it how they think they can fool the courts if they use the word "abuse". Unfortunately, there are plenty people who actually think that just because they say it, that other people will automatically believe their BS.
"Abuse" "Harassment" and "Bully" are the most overused words today.

Here to declare. I don’t know Tedd. But he was obviously a monster. I barely knew Beaux. I just had some info I thought I would add.
I have done business w/ MPOI. My one experience with him was positive. I think he is a stand up guy.
I have been lurking for a few weeks. Since Joe burrow. Now that I signed up I’ll be around a while.

In my divorce, it was the word “control”. She said that I tried to control her and everything in her life which was complete bullshite. Women can lie their arse off in court.
