I wish I could but the Attorney has strongly advised against that. So after this is done I will be glad to give you a play by play. I really don't think there will be a conviction, but I am not an attorney I'm just confident that once both sides of the story are presented the indictment will be dismissed.

Here's the reality... The Feds have all the time and money in the world. They don't indict people on a whim. Their conviction rate isn't 100%, but it's very high.

You might want to read up on and/or consult your attorney about Civil Asset Forfeitures and Seizures. If drugs and drug money were in your home (garage, in your case), I think you've got trouble. If your husband participated in the conspiracy from your home, you may also have problems. If the Feds decide your home was purchased with money from illegal activities, that's also problematic.
The Feds may be LiLi's new neighbors after they seize your home.

Don't know how to post a pic. Tell me how. Also went talk to Li Li today. That truck does not belong to foj. It belongs to her cleaning lady. When I asked her about all the problems foj said she had with me she had no idea. She said when she bought her house her yard was fine. She never had to hire anyone to clean it up. About the motors hanging from the trees she said "what motors". She's also a little angry that someone is using her. She made it a point to say "you know me. If I had a problem with you I would tell you to your face." And she would. So foj it does seem that you have lied and used someone else to do it. You are just someone who has a problem with Kevin personally and if that's what you are using to insist that he's guilty then that's your problem.

And yeah, the more he ranted, the more it seemed like bullshite or trolling.

You have to use a site like photobucket.com to post pictures on here. You download it to your photobucket.com account then it will create a link for you, you copy the link, then when you are replying on the board, you click the img button, post the link into the box that pops up, then okay.. And it will come up as an image when you hit submit.
I apologize for starting this thread, I wasn't trying to provide an opportunity for someone to do what foj has been doing. It is a bitch move on his part. It seems to be personal for him. As if he is mad because he assumes someone was selling to someone close to him, who has an addiction. It doesn't matter who sold what to that person, if he wasn't buying from that person, it would be someone else. There will always be someone supplying a demand. He might just be looking to put blame on someone. That is just my opinion.
Whatever the problem might be, to come on a message board, hiding behind a screen, in order to "get personal" is not acceptable. I don't know anything about koj and I hope he can find peace. He probably means well and doing what he thinks is right for his loved one, but before anyone comes to a message board, that is read by many people, especially in the Baton Rouge area, he should make an attempt to contact anyone he has a problem with and discuss the issue. I know its easier said than done, but if anyone is going to "throw shade" on anyone, they should first.. Identify who they are.. but a name and face to the username. And then provide proof of any claims that are made.
