I always find it interesting when a thread runs for a while then two people post the exact same "joke" within the same minute. It happens enough that it makes me wonder how/why it happens especially after the thread has run for over an hour. I guess it is a glitch in the Matrix.

Simply the mindset of democratic voters and the muslim populations in all countries. If its something beautiful, kill it, if it means sometime to others, destroy it.

I agree it’s pretty fricked up but probably not worth killing a a 16 year old over.

I agree. Wait until he's 300 years old and then kill him.

Funny you should ask. Here’s how it is happening now.

Some Singapore type of justice should be administered. Lashed 6 times with a cane, in public, for everyone to see.
Then let's see how many trees he wishes to get close too ever again.

Yep. It's all about you. You and the growing amount like you will be the ruin of all of us eventually.
How did you get all about me from the fact that I said I won’t think about a tree tomorrow. Because I have better things to worry about. I’m 46 and didn’t ruin anything yet. Make a good living selling cut trees so maybe it’s ironic. But OT is doing a good job channeling its inner Reddit with thread. Go find another tree and plant it and watch it grow.

He may be proud of himself and done it on a dare from his friends.I'm surprised nobody heard a full running noisy chainsaw in a quiet nigh and checking it out.

His sentence should be to plant a tree a day for the rest of his life.

He needed to leave a little more holding wood but he can learn.

Interesting but new age. I have actually thought about making a post about it as I keep seeing it happen.
The other thing I have noticed here is the power of suggestion. I notice that I and many others will use a rarely used word in subsequent posts after someone posts it in a reply. I am not talking about words that beg to be used about the topic just random rare words. I often reread a thread and notice I or someone else copied a word or phrase and I realize I didn't even realize I was doing it.

I wonder where I got that impression of you.

I've been doing tree work for 30 years and I've haven't seen many that could cut one that clean and flat.
——-
Same here. Looks like a cutter head did that. Not a saw.

It’s just a tree who cares
You know, if it were me, and I were so driven by fear of our carbon footprint on the planet, I’d be super busy planting as many trees as I could, and encouraging everyone else to do the same, but why is it that you just never really hear the climate alarmists pushing that over getting rid of the internal combustion engine to replace it with electric vehicles that use fossil fuels to attain power to generate said electricity?
Wouldn’t that stand to be a more obvious answer, and one that does the job without much input from yourself even, besides planting it in the ground? Nature’s carbon filter and oxygen producer. God thinks of everything, but apparently man has to complicate the issue. Unless of course, it’s not about reducing carbon at all, and more about enriching themselves, moving wealth and power, controlling movement, or some other more nefarious agenda at play here.
